My self-portrait is based off of the idea that for most of my life I’ve been up in the air. By Up in the air I mean to say that I’ve never been able to decide anything without thinking of every other possible option. Getting myself in situations where I tend to overthink everything always end up bad and in the end making situations worse for myself. As you can see in the sky along with the clouds and the suns rays, there are swirls, which were taken from a picture of the stars paths through the skies. This picture implies that as a result of always being unable to decide things with ease, my mind starts to spin causing me to worry about things that really shouldn’t even be my problem. Finally, the picture of me in the middle of the photo is to show that whenever I get myself stuck in situations that involve me having to deal with something that will effect me heavily in the future, I tend to not take the situation seriously enough causing me to be stuck in the middle with no way out. Trial and error: At first i was having trouble pasting other pictures onto my back round because every time i did the image would be larger then the back round. I later figured out that in order to fix this i needed to resize the image and re-paste until i found the proper sizing. In the end i was able to perfectly fit everything onto my backround and create a solid image.

I like the spirals in the background
